Meet Harvey Riff
Harvey Riff, who came from a family of typesetters and printers, opened his own print brokerage company in 1983. Over the years, with his acute eye for detail, he developed expertise as an art director and brand strategist, enabling him to help his clients with additional strategic marketing services. His creativity has been recognized with two American Advertising Awards (formerly ADDYs) by one of the country’s largest advertising competitions, a program designed to honor excellence in advertising and cultivate the highest creative standards in the industry. Harvey won awards for Most Creative Concept and Best of Show for his business card package and business card designs and printing.

Today, his clients rely on him to provide expert assessments and guidance to ensure all their print and online materials reflect the brand identities he designed and developed.
As the founder of Riff Color, Harvey provides the creative vision and strategic direction for our projects and oversees a team of accomplished designers, writers and web developers. He’s worked with Fortune 100 companies like Honeywell as well as a range of corporations, hospitality businesses, professional service firms and health care providers.
Harvey’s highest priority is his family. He has two children and two grandchildren that are an integral part of his life. At one time, Harvey considered being a professional piano player. Now he satisfies his love for music by playing the Great American Song Book, show tunes, and some classical music for fun and relaxation, and for the enjoyment of his family and friends. He was a letterman in three sports and was considered for the Olympic team as a half-miler. Harvey is still active in sports playing mostly pickup basketball and tennis. He loves cheering on his favorite teams, the Lakers and Dodgers. He recently moved back into his house where he gutted, designed, and remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms.
